Very very unlikely unless it is a private party. Whether underage drinkers teenagers can get into nightclubs in Manhattan is up to the management. There are drinking age laws (21 in New York). Neighborhood bars and hotel lounges will be more understanding about letting teenagers in with their parents, but
clubs with dancing are not likely to let teenagers in at all. Not with proof, not with a bribe, not under any circumstance is that likely to happen in Manhattan, the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens or even Staten Island.
